IMPORTANT FOR SHIPPING - After receiving your order’s package , unpack it as soon as, although we try our best yet it may happen, that it got damaged during delivery,  demand on to fill in a complaint/ report even when you don’t know the actual shape of item inside and the package is being given to you somehow visibly damaged, if you missed this at first, it still possible to do within 48 hours since receiving the package either at the nearest subsidiary of the dleivery service or via online according to the provided delivery service. This is very useful in order to apply for an eventual REPLACEMENT or a REFUND, you can find more informatiuon about them in this text.

We usually offer two options, both with tracking

  • Standard Free Shipping – which is more economical solution but can také up to 45 days to get delivered
  • Faster Shipping – depedning on your location, it is provided by FedEx, UPS, DHL, GLS, DPD. This sollution usually provides delivery within 1-3 days since shipped for FedEx, UPS, DHL. 2-5 days for GLS, DPD

´Faster shippings´ are usually provided by FedEx, UPS or DHL and their  estiamted delivery time is usually within 1-3 days.
